As a participant on our programs, you will attend Ashridge for short residential workshops. We welcome you to make our Hult Ashridge campus your home away from home. Use this space to reflect, participate in meaningful conversations and supervision, and unwind with your peers.
While you stay onsite at Ashridge you will be able to access of our facilities, as well as explore the gardens and cycling trails around the Ashridge estate.

The Vault
With a warm and intimate atmosphere infused with history, the Vault is the perfect spot to enjoy fine wines, hand-crafted spirits, elegant cocktails and local beers. British and foreign royalty, prime ministers and the most famous writers and artists of the day were all entertained within these same walls. It's the perfect spot to unwind after an intense day.

The Lifestyle Centre
The Ashridge House gym has superb rest and relaxation facilities to refresh mind, body and soul. With a swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub, as well as a well-equipped gym and tennis courts, we also offer daily fitness classes. Outside, there are plenty of scenic running and biking trails through our 190 acres of countryside.

The Bakehouse
The Bakehouse is an artisanal café nestled in the stunning courtyard of Ashridge House. Bustling and friendly, it’s the perfect place to take a break while gazing at the majestic architecture of the house. A scenic destination for dog walkers, strollers, and cyclists, The Bakehouse is open 8:30am-5pm daily for breakfast and lunch.

Led by Erik de Haan, The Ashridge Centre for Coaching (ACC) is an internationally recognised innovator and provider of standards for the coaching profession. Our aim is to build bridges between science and practice, and to promote rigorous, academically sound, and ethical foundations for the executive coaching field.
Our Ashridge accredited coaching and supervision qualifications have also achieved quality awards by EMCC - the European Mentoring and Coaching Council
As well as teaching and running their own coaching practices, our faculty have authored and contributed to over 30 publications in 2021 alone.
We deliver coaching qualifications and workshops for all levels - whether you're starting your practice or considering becoming a supervisor. Access regular special interest groups including topical sessions to expand your coaching knowledge.
