Hult San Francisco hosted more than 30 companies on campus for our annual Career Open House on April 9th and 10th. Organized by Hult’s Career Services and Corporate Relations teams, the two-day event featured company presentations, a career fair, and in-person interviews.

Companies in attendance included Fortune 500 groups such as L’Oreal, Hilti, Google, Yahoo, Walmart, Accenture, and Williams-Sonoma, as well as start-ups such as Hotel Tonight, Universal Giving, and NetImpact, and SMEs like Sutter Health, Future State, and MachineZone.

Over 130 students were interviewed for open positions during the event, matched directly with companies via Hult’s Talent Solutions service. Still more made less formal connections and were invited to follow up or interview with companies at a later date.

Tailored to Hult’s international student body, the Career Open House is aimed at introducing companies to the campus’ global talent as well as exposing students to companies offering full-time employment around the world, and internship and practicum (work-study) positions.

More than 500 students – across all programs, including Bachelor of Business Administration – and alumni attended the Career Open House, connecting with local and global companies. Speaker and author Jaymin Patel set the tone for the event with his “Network Like a Rockstar” workshop. Armed with advice and inspiration, students moved on to make the most of the opportunities on offer.
