Ronald Jonash

Head of Innovation, Monitor

Over the last 30 years Ron has conducted extensive work on metrics and performance measures in these areas focusing on risk, opportunity and options management across a wide breath of European, American and Japanese companies as well as with research institutes, government laboratories, and consortia.

He spent the early part of his career with Arthur D. Little where he was the founder and managing director of the Technology and Innovation Management Practice Worldwide. In fact, he was ADL's Chief Innovation Officer. Ron is a prolific writer and is known for "The Innovation Premium" - a body of work that focuses on the management of innovation and the creation and capture of innovation premiums and shareholder value.

He coauthored another book in 1993 entitled, "Leveraging Technology in the New Global Company". Currently, he is writing a new book on innovation management titled, "Beyond Eureka": Thinking and Acting Differently to make Innovation Real and Sustainable. This book focuses on the key challenges that companies face today as they try to create and capture value from innovation to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Ron also serves on the Board of Advisors of Arthur D. Little and on the Hult faculty.
