Hult Undergraduate Admission Requirements
Hult’s college admission process is very straightforward: We look for applicants who have completed twelve years of primary and secondary education with a GPA of 3.0 on the 4.0 U.S. grading scale. Qualifications gained from countries outside the USA will be assessed on their equivalency to the 3.0 American standards. Please note however, we do take a holistic approach when assessing students, thus students with a minimum GPA of 2.50 may gain acceptance if their overall profile is outstanding.
The decision to admit or to refuse a student will be made by the College Admissions Committee. This decision is based on our admission requirements and an assessment of the student's chances of academic success at Hult.
College admission to the School is open to all qualified students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin, sex, or handicap. This college admission applies to all the rights and privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to Hult students. Our admission requirements do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin, sex, or handicap. We also do not discriminate in the administration of our educational policies, college admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, and school-administered programs.
Transferable Credit System
Hult welcomes all transfer students. Easily integrated into the first two years of our curriculum, transfer students can bring up to 60 credits from their original school. Academic credit earned at another institution is fully transferable, just as it is from any other regionally accredited American university, subject to the approval and procedures of Hult International Business School. Every transfer student has an academic advisor experienced in helping transfer students manage the transition to Hult. Students can transfer a maximum of 60 credits to Hult’s undergraduate program.
Transfer Requirements and Application
It is easy to transfer to Hult. We accept transfer applications throughout the year on a rolling basis. Transfer students need to follow the five steps listed on the Admissions Requirements page, submitting the same documents as well as their most recent university grades.
Advanced Placement Credits
The international Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Hult is an American degree with a program length of four years. It is based on the American High School Diploma. However, there are several High School diplomas where you will be awarded advanced placement credits toward the degree at Hult, if you achieve a certain Grade Point Average (GPA). The maximum amount of credits awarded are 30, which equals one year of studies. The course length will therefore then come down to three years.
