Session 6

Minimal Viable Product

In this session, students will learn how to build and test lean products by focusing only on the core features that solve key customer problems. We’ll explore what makes a product “minimum” and “viable,” how to quickly prototype and test ideas, and how to use feedback to improve. By the end, students will understand how MVPs can reduce risk, save resources, and guide smarter product decisions.

  • The description of of the sports tech Product or Service; its value proposition to the target customer; its brand promise (the additional emotional reason this product or service exists);

  • The Gain Creator--the value created beyond simply solving the problem; and the MVP's Pain Killer--the main attribute that solves the customer's pre-existing "pain" (problem).
