Hult House is located at 10 Education Circle, Cambridge, MA 02141.

A $1,000 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

You must pay in full by whichever comes first: 14 days after your reservation is confirmed or the date you check in.

Payment is only accepted through Flywire. Those approved for the Hult Summer Housing Program for External Guests will receive payment instructions upon acceptance into the program.

Unfortunately, payment plans are not available.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing before signing the License Agreement.

• Deposits are non-refundable after the cancellation period.

• Full cancellation terms will be outlined in the License Agreement.

Yes, both applicants must list each other as preferred roommates and have arrival/departure dates within one week of each other. Requests must be emailed to summerhousing@hult.edu. Placements are not guaranteed.

Yes, room-/apartment-mates are matched by gender and then by arrival/departure dates.

Check-in: Wednesdays (9:00am – 4:00pm) and Sundays (1:00pm – 7:00pm)

Check-out: Fridays by 11:00am

Yes, the minimum stay is 3 weeks.

No, the program is exclusively for students participating in a Boston-based internship or research program.

Communal areas are cleaned regularly. Optional room cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

No, but linen rentals are available for an additional fee.

• Standard rooms: Twin XL beds

• Apartment rooms: Full-size beds

A limited number of parking spaces are available for an additional fee.

Yes, a community kitchen is available. Apartment-style rooms include kitchenettes with electric burners and microwaves. Kitchenware is not provided.

Each residential floor has laundry facilities at a cost of $2 per wash/dry cycle.

Mail can be delivered to Hult House. Pickup times will be provided upon arrival.

No, we cannot accommodate applicants whose dates fall outside the designated housing period, even if alternative housing is arranged.
