Meet our speakers

Dr Joseph Ellis

Joseph is a transformation and strategy executive, organisational change practitioner and action researcher, holding an Executive Doctorate in Organisational Change from Hult Ashridge Business School. His doctoral research explored the relationship between memory, lived experience, identity and organisational change, developing an innovative methodology, Artistic Transmutation, to support deeper reflection and new ways of understanding individual and collective experience. His work brings together executive leadership, organisational transformation and reflexive inquiry, with a particular interest in the future of human leadership in an increasingly AI-enabled world.
