Exclusive Masterclass

The Human Advantage: Why Judgment Still Sets Leaders Apart in the Age of AI

AI can now draft, analyze, and summarize faster than any of us, so what's left for leaders to do?

In this interactive masterclass, Hult Professor Irfaan Arif uses behavioral science to show where AI really helps, where it can make our thinking worse without us noticing, and why the edge now lies in deciding what's worth doing. Expect live experiments on how your own brain makes decisions.

After this session, you'll walk away knowing:

  • where AI closes the gap on routine work, and where it widens it on judgment

  • why effort, problem framing, and ownership of your thinking now matter more, not less

  • a simple three-question method to strengthen your judgment when working alongside AI
