Betina Zanetti Ramos

Pharmaceutical, with a master’s degree in pharmacy from UFSC, PhD in Chemistry from Université Bordeaux, France, specializing in biosafety. Entrepreneurial scientist, founder, and president of Nanovetores. Director of the Women's GT Acate (Santa Catarina Technology Association). Vice President of Integration at Acate. Council member of the CNPq Deliberative Council. Author of 25 scientific articles and inventor of 15 patents. Facilitator of Gross National Happiness (GNH).

Camilla Telles

Restless lawyer who ventured into the legal market and went through two rounds of investments with Shark Thank and Bossa Nova Investimentos. After that, Camilla entered the Venture Capital market and is currently Head of Angels Wallet - Equity Crowdfunding Platform at Ventiur and Osten. She is also Founder of EUCONECTO - Women's networking company with more than 400 women in Brazil. MBA Professor - Entrepreneurship and Innovation at FIAP. Startup mentor and investor.

Julian Hettich

Julian graduated as a mechanical engineer at DHBW in Stuttgart, Germany, and holds an MBA with distinction from Hult International Business School in Boston where he also held positions as secretary of the "Startup Club" and co-founder of the "Boston Technology Club". After working for six years in the automotive sector, he became the cofounder and spent three years as the director of business development and commercialization for an early-stage AI startup. Nowadays, the serial entrepreneur helps international startups and corporate ventures, idealizing global commercialization strategies and facilitating fortunate market entries, notwithstanding that he is the founder of Tech Co. Lab, which is the first German-Brazilian tech hub for software development.

Delton Batista

Delton Batista, economist, entrepreneur, and investor, is the President of Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul for LIDE - Grupo de Lideres Empresariais, the largest corporate relationship ecosystem in Brazil.

With over 25 years of experience, he held senior executive roles in major companies like Brasil Telecom and Grupo RBS. Since 2017, Delton Batista has been leading the "ON Business" holding of investment, development, and business acceleration companies. He serves as a board member for major business groups and investment funds, as well as non-profit institutions. Delton is also an Ambassador for CLP - Centro de Liderança Pública, a top-ranked NGO publishing the annual "Competitiveness Ranking of States and Municipalities."

An economist with an MBA from FGV, specializations from FDC and IBMEC, and extensions in Leadership and Innovation from Ohio University and Cambridge University, Delton is the author of the book "Value in Business Management – Purpose and Execution for the Sales Area Make a Difference."
