Brazilian and multinational companies with annual revenues equal to or exceeding R$200 million can join LIDE, provided they practice corporate governance, value human beings at all levels, respect the environment, and support social responsibility programs. Additionally, organizations with a notable public image and high reputation in Brazil and abroad are eligible for membership.
