The team that is dedicated to making sure you enter the job market fully prepared, and fully equipped, is our Career Services team. They work closely with you throughout your program to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of your own unique skill set and the job market you wish to enter, and help you put your personal career plan into action. Many member of Career Services have worked as recruiters for top employers and know exactly what companies look for in a job candidate, globally and locally. These professionals start working with you before you even arrive on campus to put your career in the best possible shape upon graduation. They are your career personal trainers. And just like personal trainers, they can be tough. Expect direct and honest assessment, rigorous coaching, a challenging regime, and plenty of encouragement and support.

For those students only with us for a year, we understand that it is particularly important that career goals are at the center of your decisions from the very beginning. Our fast-track program starts before you arrive at school, with webinars, résumé reviews, and online discussion groups to ensure you arrive at the school with a clear understanding of what your career development goals are and how you can get closer to achieving them during your time with us.

We can only provide a truly relevant business education if we are in constant contact with business leaders and managers to understand what challenges they face, and what success means to them. Our Corporate Relations team are the people out there building those relationships and partnerships. Placing real businesses at the center of our school, bringing them into our classrooms, onto our campuses, and providing our students with global corporate network of employers.

Talent Solutions

We take a very active approach to helping our students find jobs. Our Talent Solutions team matches specific job vacancies and business needs, such as language or specialist skills, with individuals from among our student body and alumni. You can think of it like an internal recruitment agency. This is redefining the way that business schools interact with the job market. Giving our students a direct route to our corporate network, Talent Solutions is taking our relationships with business to new levels, placing our students in trusted positions, and cementing our position as a business school for business people.
