Before you arrive in class to begin your program, you’ll be invited to webinars, résumé reviews, and online discussion groups. We’ll work with you to assess your résumé and LinkedIn profile, define your career goals, and devise a personal plan to maximize your career growth.

Our unique approach to career development enables students to have a thorough understanding of their own skills, match those skills to the global job market in a way that maximizes their career growth, and give them the guidance, confidence, and connections to seize the opportunities.

Personal career guidance, practical support

You’ll work with a personal career advisor throughout your program who will give you practical, hands-on guidance. Alongside your academic program, you can attend a series of career-focused courses, practical workshops, small group sessions, and one-to-one coaching – all designed to give you the tools you need to achieve your personal goals.

Work with your advisor to devise a personalized career plan that will inform your decision making every step of the way.

Receive coaching in personal branding, networking techniques, and interview skills.

Career events

Our last Global Career Open House hosted more than 300 companies and saw more than 800 students secure an interview, virtual career fairs allow students and employers to connect across the globe, and networking events are held throughout the year.


Work experience

Through Action Projects, and Impact Challenges, you’ll work directly with leading companies on a long-term real-world project, as well as in smaller-scale experiential learning events, competing with other students to solve business issues.


Job search

We take a very active approach to helping our students find jobs, matching specific job vacancies from our global corporate network with individuals from our student body and alumni. Think of it like a worldwide recruitment agency.
