About the masterclass
Saying yes feels safe—especially in the moment. But the cost of overcommitting adds up: effort that goes unrecognized, your own goals pushed aside, and less bandwidth to do your best work.
In this live masterclass, Professor Amanda Nimon-Peters unpacks the psychology behind why we overcommit and what it takes to push back with confidence. Because saying no isn't about willpower—it's about strategy. This session goes beyond one skill, touching on how professionals manage priorities, make clear decisions, and hold their ground under pressure—the kind of thinking at the heart of every Hult master's and MBA program.
Practical, honest, and immediately applicable. Just the way we like it.
