How can marketing enable firms to compete when the product is undifferentiated? This session will introduce some of the fundamentals of marketing. When competitor offerings are similar and well established, launching a new brand of water carries substantial risks. Professor Fisher will introduce how a brand has found success through branding, but also where constraints remain to further success.
