Today at Hult, he is an executive advisor and a professor, focused on leadership, innovation, transformation, and how human wisdom complements algorithmic intelligence.

Dr. Roos co-invented LEGO Serious Play in the 1990s and founded the Imagination Lab Foundation. His scholarly work spans strategy, organizational learning, and innovation. He also serves as executive director at the Peter Drucker Society Europe, leading the Next Management initiative.
