Marc spent over 11 years in corporate consulting as a strategy and management consultant, helping leadership teams deliver complex transformations—from operating model redesign to performance improvement and large-scale execution.
In 2025, he moved from advisory into interim management and entrepreneurship, founding Valperion. Now working hands-on with private equity investors and mid-sized companies, he’s seen a clear pattern: when projects slow down or fail, it’s rarely the strategy—it’s misalignment, trust gaps, and fragile stakeholder relationships.
