Stella Mantechou

Stella is an international executive career coach with more than 18 years of experience working across the UK, EMEA, Asia, and the US. She has supported executives through career transitions by combining systems psychodynamics coaching, practical strategies, and global recruitment expertise to guide them through complex professional journeys. She is a certified Design Your Life coach from Stanford and an INSEAD Executive Coach (ICC).

After successfully establishing and leading INSEAD’s Executive Career Development office for five years, Stella joined Kompass, an education and career consulting firm based in Dubai. She continues to work in the talent and leadership development space, supporting international clients through coaching and the design and delivery of training programs.

Stella has a longstanding connection with Hult, having previously held leadership roles in the careers team at the Dubai and San Francisco campuses.
