Satrupa is a Doctoral Researcher in Business & Management at Cardiff University, focusing on the intermediary role of business accelerators in regional entrepreneurial ecosystems. She brings over 20 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand strategy, and early-stage venture investment.
She has worked with several high-growth startups and accelerators—such as London City Incubator, City Venture Labs, and Mass Challenge UK—as a business mentor and growth consultant.
Satrupa holds an MBA from Cass Business School and previously served as Head of Marketing and Digital at one of London’s oldest VC firms. Since 2020, she has transitioned into academia, currently serving as a PGR Tutor at Cardiff Business School and starting this summer as a faculty member at Hult Business School London, teaching Marketing, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship.
