Professor
Martin Boeckle is a Professor of Information Systems & Business Analytics at Hult International Business School. He is an advocate for data-driven behavioral design concepts, such as gamification, and a key contributor to the emerging field of human-centered artificial intelligence (HCAI), with numerous publications in top journals and international conferences.
Martin began his career as a Product Strategist and UX Engineer, focusing on the design and development of data-rich experiences in the eHealth industry. For over six years, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in crafting human-centered digital experiences and addressing strategic design challenges through qualitative and quantitative research. His expertise in business analytics has been pivotal in developing solutions that optimize decision-making and enhance the overall customer experience (CX) for global clients across various industries.
His professional interests include product development, design leadership, and strategies for Metaverse applications. Martin holds a PhD in Business Information Systems from the ESCP Business School and a Master's degree from Graz University of Technology (TU Graz).
