Masterclass overview

Navigating the New Normal: Strategy, AI, and the Business of Uncertainty

The business world you're about to enter is more complex and interesting than ever. China is flooding global markets with low-cost electric vehicles. Conflict in the Gulf is shaking up energy prices and AI-related markets are reaching new highs.

Leaders today need to see the bigger picture—linking global events to business strategy is what sets true leaders apart. In this masterclass, you'll work alongside your peers to connect the dots and make sense of a rapidly shifting landscape.

Through group discussions and collaborative exercises, you'll analyze real-world scenarios together, debate strategic responses, and challenge each other's thinking. By the end, you'll leave with practical frameworks you can apply immediately—and a clearer sense of how to navigate your next career move.
