Catherine is a leadership coach who helps clients develop more resilient and agile individuals, teams, and organizations. She is a keynote speaker, host of the Future of Work podcast, and writes extensively on agile mindset, trust, psychological safety, emotional intelligence, and well-being.

She joined Hult’s postgraduate faculty in 2022, where she teaches Communication & Collaboration, Management Psychology, and The Science of Happiness and Well-Being.
