Our success in executive education has enabled us to develop a wide array of international partners in both the corporate and public sectors. Tapping into our global network, we have set-up special partnership programs with industry leaders in sports, automotive, management consultancy, and language training to explore and apply transferable knowledge and insights.
Producing breakthrough insights that advance strategic management, the Ashridge Strategic Management Centre (ASMC) is a world-leading resource on corporate level strategy, focusing on how corporate and divisional leaders in a multi-business company can add value to the businesses in their portfolio.
The worlds of business and elite sport have similar needs, challenges and desires in their ever changing and high pressured environments. This partnership brings business and elite sport together to collaborate and learn how to deliver world leading and sustainable high performance, drawing on powerful lessons, research, and experience from both worlds.
The World Class Mentoring Program
Jointly run in association with UK Sport, the World Class Mentoring program exposes business leaders to the challenges within elite sport and lessons to be learned from developing sports coaches and professional athletes. Using an experiential approach, participants will be stimulated to sharpen their mentoring capabilities and stimulated to develop their own model of mentoring.
Business can learn from sport and sport can learn from corporate, and this is an initiative where everyone can learn and develop their skills together.

Language training for business, education, and government
Over two billion people speak English as their first or second language or are learning to do so. As the de-facto language of business, we work with our partner company Education First to support organizations to communicate and collaborate across borders.
To compete internationally and in the fast-changing business environment other skill sets in leadership, cultural sensitivity, and performance management are also required.
Through our partnership, we bring together these skill sets to develop your "Global Fluency".
