Capstone Challenge: Digital Transformation & Consulting

Your capstone is a role-play of a hypothetical or real company confronting technological obsolescence, threatening the competitive position, and survival of the company. There are entrenched managers who are reluctant to change. Your challenge is to create a digital transformation plan—and persuade the managers and executives to get on board.
