About the class

Where to offer your products and services, how to market them, identifying who and where are your consumers are all central questions for marketers. Products or services that connect with consumers are central to successful organizations. Understanding how consumers make decisions and the role of branding is key to developing competitive advantages.

This session, led by Hult professor Matthew Fisher, will offer an introductory overview to the marketing discipline, from the use of data to the psychology of consumer behavior.
