The know-how and analytic skills that make us indispensable in the knowledge economy, will need to be complemented with essential traits that can’t be and won’t be programmed into software; like creativity, passion, character, executive gravitas, and collaborative spirit—their humanity, in other words. The ability to leverage these strengths will be the source of career success.
Topics we will touch upon:
-leadership practices
-career vision
-acceleration
-internal and external career transitions
Participants will also discuss in small groups personal career stage & vision, and the motivation behind studying an EMBA or Hybrid MBA. This workshop is also an opportunity to network with other incoming students from around the world.

I’ve learned that leadership is not a title or position—it’s an action. I now have a whole range of tools to rapidly respond to any challenge.

I love the cultural and industry diversity within the network. Hult students are placed at the helm of so many different industries and they gain the skills to make a real impact. I’ve hired more than 10 Hult grads myself.
