About the class

As we move further towards a post-pandemic new normal, we realise the enormity of the change which we are experiencing and which lies in front of us. How can leaders both help their teams to recognize this change and come to terms with it, so that both the leader and the team can be best placed not just to strive but to thrive? This highly focused hour with Professor Roger Delves from Hult’s executive education campus at Ashridge will begin to explore this fundamental question about leadership in the new tomorrow.

Roger Delves

Roger is an associate dean at Hult Ashridge Executive Education. He is
