About the class

“We don’t get a second chance to make a first impression”.

Dressing in different ways shapes the important first impressions we create. We’ll dive into why dressing to represent yourself will naturally impress. We all learn to introduce ourselves in different situations—but when it comes to first impressions, our clothes do it for us.

In this webinar, Margareta James goes behind the psychology of others' perception of us, but also our own perception of ourselves. Our sense of self, individuality, and the impact on our self-esteem and confidence.

We can make the simple daily task of getting dressed a rewarding and fulfilling mood changer. In fact, studies show that there is a direct link to improving and boosting our mood and happiness by dressing well and looking after ourselves. We represent ourselves to others we interact with through the way we dress, and we’re influenced by their reactions to it—which can hinder or improve our mood. When we feel good, we also tend to be more confident.

Join us to find out more about giving yourself a power tool of “shaping perception”. Bring your questions and we look forward to having you with us.
