Dr. Jennifer Serowick
Dr. Jennifer (Jen) Serowick, Ed.D, is the Dean of Online and Partnership Programs at Hult.
Jen has spent her career in higher education administration and has focused her research and work on adult learners. Jen has a doctorate in leadership and wholeheartedly supports Hult’s mission to grow “leaders who do” and make a positive impact.
Jen’s role as Dean includes supporting students throughout their MBA journey and working alongside the online MBA team and faculty to deliver a high-quality, impactful, and enjoyable MBA experience.

Marcelle Fourie
Marcelle Fourie is the Assistant Dean of the Executive and Hybrid Executive MBA programs at Hult, Dubai Campus. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, financial services, and operations management, she brings strategic cross-sector expertise to her role.
Marcelle has held leadership positions at London Business School, Babson College, and the Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town. Since joining Hult in 2019, she has been committed to empowering future leaders and creating impactful learning environments. Passionate about education, Marcelle advocates for students to transform purpose into impact.
