Jennifer Serowick
Dr. Jennifer (Jen) Serowick, Ed.D., is the dean of online and partnership programs at Hult. In her role, she supports students throughout their MBA journey and works alongside the online MBA team and faculty to deliver a high-quality, impactful, and engaging MBA experience.

Marcelle Fourie
Marcelle Fourie is the assistant dean of the Global Online MBA, based at Hult’s Dubai campus. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education and the corporate sector, she brings strategic, cross-industry expertise to her role.

Belisa Marochi
Dr. Marochi is a researcher and consultant specializing in sustainability, gender studies, and international relations. She has consulted for companies including Airbus, Kraft Heinz, and Procter & Gamble, helping them develop consumer insights and sustainability practices.
