Dr. Yasar Jarrar holds a non-resident research fellowship at Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, is a partner at Dubai-based PwC Middle East, and has led the PwC Middle East Government Consulting Group. He has worked in strategic consulting positions with a large number of companies, institutions, and government agencies in the region. Yasar Jarrar is managing director at Posterity Institute and professor of practice at Hult International Business School.
