Ross Neal is a former professional rugby player who played for seven different professional rugby teams. He has also spent nearly a decade as a performance coach for middle to senior managers in the corporate world.
Since retiring from pro sports, Ross launched an organizational culture and leadership consultancy that has worked with some of the world’s biggest companies. He teaches on Hult’s Bachelor of Business Administration program in London
