What is the business landscape like in the AI-native future?

This one-hour executive session examines how AI is transforming competitive strategy, business models, and organizational design.

An AI-native organization is built around AI as a core element of strategy and operations, embedding it in decision-making, workflows, and value creation. We will discuss what distinguishes companies that use AI from those becoming AI-native, explore emerging competitive dynamics, and review the capital, talent, and governance considerations for senior leaders.

The session features an interactive exercise in which participants analyze how a fully AI-native competitor could operate differently in their industry and identify key areas for future focus.
