Dr. Jennifer (Jen) Serowick, Ed.D, is the Dean of Online and Partnership Programs at Hult.
Jen has spent her career in higher education administration and has focused her research and work on adult learners. Jen has a doctorate in leadership and wholeheartedly supports Hult’s mission to grow “leaders who do” and make a positive impact.
Jen’s role as Dean includes supporting students throughout their MBA journey and working alongside the online MBA team and faculty to deliver a high-quality, impactful, and enjoyable MBA experience.

Jane Russell is a senior career advisor at Hult. She has been working with international MBA and EMBA students and alumni for the past decade. Her expertise spans from resume development to LinkedIn profile optimization to strategic job searching. She is passionate about mentoring and relishes assisting students to achieve their career goals.
With a master’s degree in education, Jane has a rich experience in Human Resources. She has been an HR business partner in the tech sector, led recruitment efforts in higher education, and managed employee relations in the health and wellness industry.
Her extensive knowledge and unwavering enthusiasm make her a trusted partner in helping individuals achieve their career goals.
