All our MBA programs follow the same structure, which enables intensive skills development and continuous practical application during the core modules, followed by a wide range of elective options. You'll study four core modules, each with an integrated business challenge, before taking electives in your chosen subjects.

Manage
Practise relationship-building and managerial communications skills, along with data analysis, financial management, and economic skills to inform successful decision making and implement successful business strategies.

Growth
Identify business opportunities, create a project plan, assess financial viability, and persuasively present a plan to profitably expand into new markets.
Business Challenge #3: Global Communications / Sustainability
Module 4
Impact
The only constant in life, and business, is change. Your final module addresses harnessing new technologies to lead your organization's digital transformation projects.

Design your own degree
On completion of your core program, you’ll tailor your degree to your individual interests and goals with electives. Choose from a wide range of elective courses or specialize in a certain discipline with predefined specialization modules.

Renzo Casapía has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of San Agustin in Peru and holds an MBA from HEC University of Montreal, Canada. He currently leads the Coursera Enterprise business in Latin America.
Renzo has held several leadership roles in North America, the Caribbean and Latin America for global organizations such as Citigroup, IBM, National Geographic Learning and Cengage. His passion and career have been at the intersection of Technology and education for the last 20 years.
Renzo is a regular contributor to Forbes and teaches Business Transformation and Data Analytics at Hult Business School in Boston and EADA Barcelona.
Renzo is also a board member at Inroads, an international nonprofit organization that provides leadership opportunities to students from visible minorities in Mexico. Renzo is Canadian and Peruvian, is happily married with two daughters, and enjoys languages, travelling and mountain biking.
