Tobias Schultz

Managing Director of Restaurant & Bar Partnerships Hilton Hotels & Resorts for the EMEA region

Tobias Schulz is a seasoned hospitality professional with a global career spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As Managing Director of Restaurant and Bar Partnerships at Hilton EMEA, he drives strategy for third-party dining collaborations, working closely with developers and hotel owners. Passionate about cultural diversity in dining, he has built strong relationships with top chefs and hospitality leaders. Tobias holds a Hospitality Management degree from Hotelschool The Hague, an EMBA from Politecnico di Milano, and is completing his DBA at Hult. Fluent in multiple languages, he remains dedicated to lifelong learning and industry innovation.

Kashani Wijetunga

Founder & Director of Flux Partners

Kashani is a seasoned expert in global commercial real estate, with over 20 years of experience in architectural design, development, workplace transformation, and change management. She recently earned her DBA, focusing on how organizational ambidexterity drives resilience and growth in volatile markets. A former Director at CBRE Consulting, she led occupier strategy and change management for major clients like HSBC, spearheading hybrid work solutions and business transitions. With a global perspective across three continents, Kashani combines academic insight with practical expertise to drive meaningful real estate and business transformation.

My academic journey has hugely enriched my professional endeavors at Hilton. Through collaborations with students and guest lectures, I've had the opportunity to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. Additionally, my research on employee well-being directly informs my work in talent management and development strategies at Hilton.
