2:30 pm – 3:00 pm: Registration Participants are welcome to arrive early, complete check-in, and receive event materials while networking informally with program team and other participants.
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: DBA Program & Admission Overview An introduction to the DBA program structure and expectations, this session will highlight how the program supports executives in translating practical business problems into rigorous research. Participants will also learn about admission requirements including how to identify and write a compelling Research Problem drawn from their unique professional experience.
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Faculty & Student Panel: Bringing Research to Life Faculty members and program alumni share insights on conducting impactful doctoral research, bridging theory and practice, and ensuring research relevance. Alumni and current students discuss their DBA journey, research experiences, and career impact after graduation. The session includes an open Q&A, offering practical perspectives and candid advice for prospective candidates.
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Networking & Refreshments An informal networking opportunity to connect with faculty, current students, alumni, and other professionals exploring the DBA while enjoying light refreshments.
