Managing a crisis is one of the toughest challenges in business. Crisis practitioners must stay objective, coordinate multiple messages, reframe situations, predict developments, and think strategically.

From global tariffs to political upheaval and financial uncertainty, the range of scenarios that test these skills is vast.

    In this session, you’ll explore:

    • The one attribute every crisis manager must have
    • Current challenges in crisis management
    • Key steps for handling a crisis
    • How the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Command structure works
    • The difference between a “Cobra” and a “Python” crisis
    • What to do at the end of every crisis
