Experienced in building corporate partnerships, leading work placement teams, and collaborating globally—I have ensured 1000s of early career starters secure internships, grad and entry-level roles.

To develop this expertise, I have worked closely with 100s of hiring managers and stakeholders from multinational companies to start-ups; and across all industries and functions including finance, marketing, management, communications, technology, and creative industries.

I know what it takes for international students to secure work in the global business landscape! Through 1-1 advising, workshops, classes, career events, and resource development—I strive to help young talent navigate their way through all stages of the employability process and their work experience.

Munya Saati

Student Development Manager

Munya is a trained coach with a background in Higher Education and student support. Munya’s career has been centered around helping young people to thrive and succeed at university and beyond. Previous to Hult, Munya worked at University College London for a number of years.

Munya is passionate about coaching and its place within personal and professional development. She believes that coaching can be empowering and transformative, especially for students as they navigate this exciting and significant time in their lives. As a coach, she takes a holistic, curious, and positive approach. She works with students in a collaborative space to explore their strengths, skills, and ambitions in the aim to help them grow as individuals and work towards their goals.

Munya holds a Bachelors from the University of Leeds, and a Level 5 Coaching Professional certification. Munya is also an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA).

With a strong foundation in financial analysis from Hult International Business School and experience at Crédit Agricole, he brings a global perspective and strategic insight.

A passionate musician, he has performed at venues like Ronnie Scott’s, blending creativity and discipline into his professional journey.
