Peter Croubalian, a Career Coach specializing in Analytics, empowers young professionals and students to kick-start their careers. With a rich background in analytics and data science, Peter bridges the gap between academic education and industry expectations.
As the Co-Founder of Plus 5XP, he partners with academic institutions to support students through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and industry outreach, enhancing graduation placements, especially for international students facing visa restrictions.
Peter's expertise spans workforce planning, product management, sales, and recruitment. His efforts have helped McGill University's Master of Management in Analytics achieve a 96% placement rate since 2019; 100% during Covid-19.
Before his entrepreneurial ventures, Peter led initiatives in business intelligence and advanced analytics at AppyHere, Dataperformers (acquired by Deloitte), and Pratt & Whitney Canada, demonstrating his commitment to fostering the next generation of analytics professionals.
