Dr. Jennifer (Jen) Serowick, Ed.D, is the Associate Dean for Online Graduate Programs at Hult.

Jen has spent her career in higher education administration and has focused her research and work on adult learners.  Jen has a doctorate in leadership and wholeheartedly supports Hult’s mission to grow “leaders who do” and make a positive impact.

Jen’s role as Associate Dean includes supporting students throughout their MBA journey and working alongside the online MBA team and faculty to deliver a high-quality, impactful, and enjoyable MBA experience.

Dr. Amanda Nimon-Peters is a professor of leadership at Hult International Business School. She started university at age 16 and holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Adelaide and a PhD in Behavioural Science from the University of Cambridge.

Amanda’s work addresses leadership challenges by combining a deep scientific understanding with her senior management experiences as a team leader at Procter & Gamble in Europe, a board director for a UK housing charity, and a successful start-up founder in Dubai.

Dubai is an exhilarating city to study business in, with one of the world’s fastest-growing economies and a “nothing is impossible” attitude. There are opportunities for both corporate and entrepreneurial careers in abundance in this city, which is the locus of trade between East and West.
