Dr. Jennifer Serowick
Jen has spent her career in higher education administration, with a focus on adult learners. She holds a doctorate in leadership and fully supports Hult’s mission to grow “leaders who do” and make a positive impact. As Dean, Jen supports students throughout their MBA journey and works closely with the online MBA team and faculty to deliver a high-quality, impactful, and engaging MBA experience.

Renzo Casapía
Renzo Casapía holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of San Agustín in Peru and an MBA from HEC Montréal, Canada. He currently leads Coursera's enterprise business in Latin America and has held leadership roles across North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America for global organizations including Citigroup, IBM, National Geographic Learning, and Cengage.

Jane Russell is a senior career advisor at Hult with over a decade of experience working with international MBA and Executive MBA students and alumni.
