Namrata Kamath
Namrata Kamath is the campus dean at Hult International Business School in Dubai. Before her time at Hult, she was assistant director for Residence Life at Green River College. Namrata also worked as a graduate hearing officer while earning her master’s degree at Minnesota State University. She is passionate about supporting students and adding value to their higher education experience.

Jake Fields
Jake Fields is the assistant dean and program manager at Hult International Business School in Dubai. With 10+ years of international experience in the UAE and the US, Jake specializes in learning and development, program management, and curriculum design. His background includes student advising, faculty collaboration, and academic integrity oversight, paired with expertise in leadership development and digital learning strategy.

Mandeep Sahota
Mandy comes from a talent acquisition background, working in multiple industries such as digital, finance, consultancy, and tech across a variety of markets, including Dubai. Being able to draw on this experience, understanding the point of view of the hiring manager, is where she is able to add value and provide insight into how to launch careers internationally.
