Meals
Lunch and dinner is included for the duration of most residential programs. If you book Ashridge accommodation, breakfast is also included. There is a wide choice of menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A vegetarian option is always available. Any special dietary requirements can be accommodated - please just specify your requirements in advance of your arrival via your program coordinator. There are also regular tea and coffee breaks during the day.
Learning materials
You will be given all the required materials including a personal program learning journal which contains key slides and articles and space for note taking.
Any books, psychometric tests and one-to-one coaching sessions specific to your program are included in your program fee.
Leisure facilities
Ashridge has an onsite Lifestyle Centre which has a well-equipped gym, heated swimming pool, squash court, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Whilst at Ashridge you can also enjoy the outdoor facilities, including the tennis courts, a pitch and putt course, croquet lawn and cricket and football pitches. Mountain bikes are also available for hire and there are two golf courses nearby.
Onsite accommodation - not included in program fee
Accommodation is available at Ashridge for £116 + VAT per night and includes breakfast.
All rooms are centrally heated, comfortably furnished and equipped with full en-suite bathroom facilities.
If your program starts on a Monday you can request a room for the Sunday night.

All Open Program participants become Ashridge Alumni members for life and as such are eligible for a 10% discount on future open program bookings.
