Leading in Uncertainty

The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence, but acting with yesterday's logic.

Leading in Uncertainty

Leaders in the 21st century face unprecedented levels of digital and social disruption. To enable their organizations to thrive, they must engage the human, technological and natural potential to build a sustainable future.

The leader is required to leverage the potential of diversity through collaboration and to shape, drive, inspire and discover innovative solutions to uncommon challenges. This requires a new leadership logic.

In this course, we define the new leadership logic as the ability to unleash and integrate your leadership intelligence in order to become an agile leader.

Throughout each module we offer questions for contemplation and to enable you to test your knowledge and understanding. We also offer a diagnostic questionnaire to identify your particular leadership blend.
