“I was more than impressed by the quality of learning, getting insights and inspiration through this MDP program. Especially the professionalism and the know-how of the Ashridge teachers made my learning profound and sustainable.”

Caroline Drischel, Head of Brand and Communication Strategy, Lufthansa Group

“We were paired with a faculty member at the start, and you could meet for lunch or drop them an email. The faculty would go out of their way to find me the relevant information to answer my questions.”

Diane French, Director of Operations and Business Development, Fitzroy

“The MDP is a really valuable leadership & management course. In a short space of time it touches upon many important topics of relevance that leaders and managers need to deal with in their everyday working lives. I was particularly impressed with the content related to managing change, the real-plays practice in having difficult conversations at the workplace and the simulation exercises which allowed us to quickly grasp some of the technical aspects of finance. Despite the whole course taking place virtually, the set-up allowed us to share our experiences and learnings, while having many rich and fruitful exchanges.”

Mohini Ghai Kramer, Global Head of Learning & Development, International Committee of the Red Cross – ICRC
