Developing an Entrepreneurial Mindset: Speed, Creativity and Growth

For corporate leaders who want to experience the highs and lows of an entrepreneurial journey, build an agile mindset and know what it takes to get ideas over the line.

Overview

Now more than ever organizations need to build an entrepreneurial culture where leaders feel empowered to identify opportunities and drive innovation.

This immersive and experiential program is designed so participants will experience a ‘super charged’ version of the intra /entrepreneurial journey and learn about the challenges of making entrepreneurial opportunities happen. It includes interventions from corporate intrapreneurs, social innovation leaders and start-up founders, who will share their experience to accelerate that of participants.

The program will recreate key moments on the intrapreneur’s journey- from bringing around ‘the intransigent skeptic’ to the managing the ‘impatient stakeholder’ wanting to curtail budgets and timeframes.

Who is this for?

This program is suitable for senior managers and executives who are driving intrapreneurial business ventures within their organization, as well as for start-up leaders who are ready to take their venture to the next level.
