  • How to lead innovation in an organization, and what is required from leaders and their teams to succeed (innovative mindset, culture, and agility)
  • Understand how to execute on your plans, including developing more agile and lean processes

Blended: 3 days residential, 4 hours online pre-program work and two virtual coaching sessions post program with a 1-hour follow up webinar.
