Our Coaching Skills for Leaders open enrollment program makes coaching accessible to all – so that your leaders can learn to hold a coaching conversation in any situation, and help to build a coaching culture in their team and organization.

We also offer a number of higher qualifications in coaching. Whether it’s to begin the journey towards becoming an executive coach, gain accreditation in coaching supervision or improve team coaching and organizational consulting skills, we have a qualification to suit your needs. Our coaches

We have a network of 240+ coaches located all over the world. They are multi-lingual with senior-level experience and have worked in a broad range of industries and sectors, ensuring we are able to deliver coaching sessions that are tailored to each leader’s needs and level of experience. Our coaches are also available across multiple time zones, and undergo regular supervision, to ensure that our high standards and code of ethics are always met.

All our coaches are accredited by the Ashridge Center for Executive Coaching (ACC), or the International Coach Federation (ICF). The ACC is an internationally recognized Center of Excellence and provider of standards of the profession. Its aim has been to build bridges between science and practice, and to promote rigorous, academically sound, and ethical foundations for the executive coaching field. Research from the ACC informs our executive coaching practice as well as our qualifications in coaching.

Paul's story

Paul has over 25 years’ experience of working internationally in technology companies. He is an active company Director and has built successful teams in commercial and business development departments, managed large P&L and delivered ambitious commercial objectives.

Paul combines psychologically informed coaching with his commercial and technology experience. He helps clients to recognise the elementary ingredients that contribute to disorienting situations. He works relationally, making explicit use of the changing nature of the relationship between the coach and the client.
