Our approach

For us, it’s a question of chemistry. The only way coaching can have a high impact, is if the relationship between coach and coachee is based on trust and mutual respect. Organizations and teams can choose from a portfolio of coaches, and then we set up a chemistry meeting to ensure that the relationship will work for both parties.

“During my work with Ashridge, my coach has encouraged me to develop my own personal brand and leadership style with confidence. He has also been a true sounding board for me, with a 5-year strategy that I have created and presented to Senior Executives and Board Members. His insights and experience have been highly beneficial with the right level of support and challenge to push my boundaries outside of my comfort zone. I highly respect his passion for coaching and strongly advocate his approach”

Our coaches

Our global network of coaches are accredited by Ashridge and affiliated with an international accredited coaching body and are committed to ongoing coaching supervision.

In most case our coaches can deliver sessions in the local language, ensuring the coachee can fully understand the conversation and get the best out of it.

Coaching Supervision

Supervision is an essential quality assurance process for coaches and consultants. We offer open coaching supervision sessions for executive coaches and experienced organizational development consultants. Our highly experienced faculty run individual coaching supervision sessions as well as coaching supervision of groups.

All Ashridge accredited coaches are expected to continue their development as coaches. They are required to attend regular supervision, proportionate to the volume of their coaching work. Many coaches use the supervision group to prepare for re-accreditation.
