Pioneering Culture Transformation with Communication will give participants the tools to plan and/or execute culture transformation initiatives.
The program includes an immersive simulation where participants take on a senior leadership role at 1 of 2 organizations undergoing a merger. Participants will have to decide how best to combine the two very different organizational cultures, while creating employee buy-in, a safe space for dialogue and a renewed sense of belonging.
The program is structured around the key lessons leaders should learn from those who have lived through a culture transformation. Some of these include:
- Fostering dialogue
- Dealing with a range of negative emotions
- Making employees feel valued, heard and safe during change
