This intensive program helps mid-level managers develop personal and team resilience to face times of uncertainty, plan actions strategically to produce results, manage ‘up’ to superiors, and ‘down’ to direct reports.
Participants will use a psychometric test to help determine the personalized journey they will undertake over the course of 5 days. Based on their development needs, their specialist mentor for the program will recommend the workshops they would benefit most from. These include agility and growth mindset, psychological safety, resilience, innovation, sustainability and strategy.
Participants will work with their specialist mentor on their personal action plan so that they return to work with the clarity, confidence and mindset to thrive during uncertain times
