VUCA: Adapt and Thrive in Turbulent Environments

Catch up on the webinar recording!

How can your organization thrive in a VUCA world?

The future has always been unpredictable, and we have always had to work with uncertainty. Today we find ourselves in a world characterized by a popular acronym that describes the present business environment: VUCA – Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity.

Making strategic decisions against a shifting backdrop is one of the key challenges that global organizations are facing today.

In such unpredictable and fast-moving environments, we are experiencing a dynamic shift in the speed we communicate, the complexity of networks, and the adoption of cyber-physical systems. As new technologies are implemented, we see a growth in automation and digitalization affecting industries and economies.
While this VUCA environment may seem ominous, presenting a lot of challenges, it also gives us the opportunity to reinvent the way we think about our workplaces.

Watch this 45-minute session with Vicki Culpin, Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Hult Ashridge Executive Education to explore key strategies to adapt and thrive in today’s turbulent environments.
